The Donnybrook Districts Bowls Club was first established in 1980 when our small unique community came together and developed the concept of having a community created hub with lawn bowls as its leading activity. In the following twenty years, The Donnybrook Districts Bowls club extended in capacity twice to cater for the ever growing public interest.

In 2016 our members and community embraced the future by redefining the scope of The Donnybrook District Bowls Club. By incorporating the already established Donnybrook Darts Club and Donnybrook & Districts Fishing Club, a rename was inevitable – “The Donnybrook Sports & Community Club”. This notion has been welcomed and offers openings to facilitation and forthcoming opportunities.
