The Dag Pub is a great country hotel offering excellent food, ice cold drinks, and warm country hospitality.   Recently refurbished, The Dag celebrates its history with the hotel walls brimming with memorabilia from times gone by.  There’s a story behind every picture or beast on these walls and Pub owner Jim (or “Cricket” to his mates) takes pride in sharing a tall tale or two over a beer.

The Dag is renowned for it’s excellent steaks and pub food, with daily blackboard menu specials, regular weekly meal deals, and weekly live entertainment and special events.   The Dag is an awesome venue for locals and a destination for visitors heading to the hills outside of Brisbane.  Our Sunday afternoon session has become legendary.   With a large undercover area with staging and a huge dance floor, The Dag is also a great venue for social or work functions, and we can even arrange entertainment.

The Dag Pub is open 7 days from 10am to 10pm with extended trading until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
